4. Our Response to Notifications

4.1 Review Process

Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notification, we will review the claim promptly. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content that we determine, in our sole discretion, may infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

4.2 Notification to Users

Where appropriate and feasible, we will notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing content that the content has been removed or disabled. We may also provide the user with a copy of the infringement notification.

4.3 Incomplete Notifications

If a submitted notification does not comply with all requirements described in this policy, we may, at our discretion, request additional information before taking action or decline to process the notification. Submitting an incomplete or deficient notice does not create any obligation on our part to respond or act.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been the subject of more than one valid DMCA takedown notice. We may also terminate accounts at our sole discretion where we reasonably believe a user is engaging in habitual infringement, regardless of the number of notices received.

6. Misrepresentation

Please be aware that under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. This includes liability for any damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, the copyright owner, or their licensee, or by us as a result of relying upon such misrepresentation in removing or disabling access to the material claimed to be infringing.

7. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy to our website. The date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last updated. Your continued use of our service following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
